The agent drafts, a person decides
It reads the inbox applications land in, pulls the CVs out of the attachments, scores them against the role, and builds the pipeline. When someone needs an answer, it leaves the email written and waiting.
No email goes out until a person approves it — sending it can't be undone. That's the same rule we propose for your processes: what can be undone runs on its own, what can't waits for one of your people.
The admin work we stopped doing by hand
Payroll, contracts, leave under Argentine law, and the team's expenses. Receipts read themselves: vendor, amount and invoice type come out without anyone typing them.
That was the point of the project: get the team's admin out of Excel. It's the same kind of manual work we automate for clients.
