Whatever you enter in the contact form: name, email, company, and your message. Those are the only fields we ask for, and only the name, email, and message are required for us to reply.

Basic technical data generated by your visit, such as IP address and browser type, logged by our hosting provider to operate and protect the site.

Preferences stored in your own browser: the language you picked, light or dark theme, and whether you dismissed the rebrand notice. They never leave your device, and clearing site data removes them.

To answer your enquiry and, if there's mutual interest, to continue a commercial conversation.

To keep the site running, secure, and available.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't build profiles, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

The providers we need to operate: the site's hosting service and the CRM where your enquiry is recorded. They access the data only to provide us that service.

We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

We may disclose it if a competent authority legally requires us to.

We keep enquiries for as long as the commercial relationship remains relevant. If you ask us to delete them, we do, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it. You can also request a copy of what we hold.

We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Language and theme preferences are stored in your browser's local storage, not in cookies, and only this site reads them.

Volkom operates from the United States with teams in Argentina, so your data may be processed in either country. We require our providers to apply protections equivalent to our own.

If we update it, we change the date in the header. Changes take effect when published on this page.
